Is there really any point in covering editorials that are not for fall? What else is there out there, really, besides brocades, velvets, silks, tweeds, plaids and leather? Who cares about anything other than clapboard haunted houses with naked Edison bulbs, cracking paint, lace curtains, threadbare rugs and touches of tattered Americana, inhabited by a handsome, pensive stony eyed ghoul? What else is there? To me, not much.
